I’ve always known about the great lifestyle and desirable climate, I even own land there and someday will choose to have a summer home in the mountains. The study showed that there is healthy job growth and many houses available to choose from. Forbes Magazine found the market in North Carolina to have less damage from risky lending practices and employment growth will burn off the over abundance of inventory rather quickly. Raliegh, NC was second in the study. Due to the economy expanding quickly. Also Greensboro-High Point, N.C. is considered a “house bargain” for those looking for an affordable condo market. The "half-backs" are on the move out of Florida. I take the family every summer to the Highlands. It is the perfect escape from the summer heat of Sarasota.
